- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪only given it 1 star because you cant give it 0! I was only here a year and I have a list of terrible experiences with this practice! Did not see the same GP twice! did not see my designated GP once! As for the rude receptionist who once actually laughed down the phone as I was concerned as to why I had been called back for repeat tests when I had not even received the results from the last set! I only go to the doctors when I really need to yet when I was here I felt I didn't want to go at all (scared to)! and when I did really need an appointment I would be ringing from 830am to be told at 835am there were no appointments! Also interesting to see that one of the reviews with 5 stars is a member of staff (hhhhmmmm) ! was advised to write a written complaint but after reading someone else's review it seems pointless!by MJ VSeptember 11, 2017
- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪This place is an absolute disgust. Numerous issues. Written letter of complaint to only be told by the "manager" that is the way it is. My other half and my 5month old little boy arrive to an appointment (with appointment card) to only be told the booking was not made on the system. My 5 month old now has to go without. Every person there at the desk has a disgusting attitude and it totally not customer friendly. Rude. Ignorant. Shambles. This place I wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy.
